How are products priced?
Prices are per kit. The number of units in a kit is displayed for each selected SKU; some products use different pack sizes.
Can I choose a warehouse?
Yes. Availability and pricing are specific to the selected SKU and warehouse. A multi-warehouse cart has separate delivery groups.
When will I know the total?
Checkout calculates the current merchandise price, eligible discounts, delivery and tax for your address before you place the order.
What if my delivery route is unavailable?
Submit an inquiry with your cart and destination so FLY can prepare a route-specific quote.
Where are my reports and tracking numbers?
Published reports are in Lab Reports. The order page shows the actual shipment batches, packages and tracking details when available.
